for all transcribed reports submitted to your healthcare organization.
Our goal is to make outsourcing with Focus easy. Yet, we do not
want anything compromised with quality while making that
choice. We proofread our documents while re-listening to the dictated
voice, allowing us to obtain achievement of the highest possible
level of accuracy. Focus maintains a rigorous quality assurance
program, which includes one of the highest proofreader to transcriptionist
ratios in the industry. We utilize Certified Medical Transcriptionists
(CMTs) in all key management and training roles. In addition, American
Association of Medical Transcription (AAMT) guidelines and practices
are implemented and utilized whenever possible so that we exceed
expectations made by our customers.
Focus' National & Global network allows us to provide transcription
service 24 hours, 365 days a year to meet all hospital turn-around-time
(TAT) requirements. We can do this in 2 hours or 24, depending on
your customized needs. Our use of technology means that no intervention
is required on the part of your staff.
The completed report is returned to your facility in electronic
format within the predetermined TAT, and an Account Manager is at
your service for any immediate issues that may arise. Focus has
