Delivery
We can deliver your transcription anyway you need. However, our normal method is via an electronic transfer with the option of pass-word e-mails, web site deposit, or cc. faxes /copies if needed. We utilize Software which is HIPAA Compliant, for the transfer of all transcription data. It supplies the required encryption codes necessary. We may deliver at set times with batches, or real time continuously … we can also submit to HIS or Medical Record Softwares, & we are experienced with HL-7 messaging or script deposits.

Account Management
Focus will provide your account with your own Personal Managing Editor, (PME). This PME will oversee all activity of the MT's assigned to your account, as well as managing the following:

Quality Audits, Day to Day Customer Communications, Turn-around Time Management, Technology stability, Monthly Review Tele-Conferences, & all Feedback Documentation.

Customer Service
We are available in our office from 8am to 10pm, Mon.- Fri. EST. By beeper 24/7 all other time periods for needed help. We transcribe documents 7 days a week, around the clock!

Confidentiality
Focus safeguards against any risks of client/patient confidentiality. All employees are required to sign statements of confidentiality that protects against possible risk hazards. Further, we are insured with sufficient professional liability insurance and abide by all changing HIPAA Codes. Our Computer Systems are all completely guarded from intrusions, and considered 100% HIPAA compliant.

Resources
Focus employs only the most qualified and experienced medical transcription professionals worldwide, many of whom are certified and members of AAMT. Further, a policy is followed where all workers need to possess at least 3 years experience of working with Medical Transcription. Tests are provided too, to see how talented each worker may be.
