Speech Recognition allows Focus to provide work faster and at a lower cost. Speech recognition is used as a tool to help our MT's work more rapidly, and with increased accuracy. This software builds an inventory of words for each individual physician so that it may recognize the dictation more exclusively and precisely. What dictation cannot be recognized is transcribed by our MT's separately, (5 -10%). The remaining work is recognized and edited, so that a complete and thorough review is performed on every report dictated. Physicians do not change the way they dictate. Although the process is seamless to the customer in use, great differences will be seen in turn-around time, improved quality and certainly billing!

Web based Delivery and Access
An H.I.M. / MT Manager will be able to access all medical reports through a secure web site with detailed reporting, including the time of dictation, to delivery, ALL steps of Production are documented so that our clients know exactly where every report is at all times. Turn-around times are marked, & late reports will be highlighted to better manage our process of serving you.
